RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Returned with original packaging, tags, or labels intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include:

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

RETURN SHIPPING

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return package arrives safely.

Sofia’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time is typically 7–10 business days

• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, such as a different size, color, or style, please mention your request when contacting us.

Exchanges are subject to:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return according to this policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
